COUNTER-DEMAND

How to COUNTER-DEMAND
Since there is no REAL money (silver, gold or Bitcoin) in circulation, we no longer have a dejure government, but a DEFACTO one. I.e. one that APPEARS as a real gov't, but isn't one. I.e. most, if not all departments of the NATIONAL government were privatized or corporatized.

You can see it just about everywhere; most cities and counties are MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, and so are the States. For example, California is a DEJURE state of the UNION, but CA is NOT. And pretty much all correspondence from gov't agencies goes NOT to California, Texas or Florida, but to CA, TX or FL.

Same on the federal level; US Post Office was a dept. of a national gov't, but it was replaced in 1972 by US Postal Service, which is a federal CORPORATION, US Land bureau was replaced in 1940's with Bureau of Land Management, US Treasury was replaced by US Treasury Department, National banks were replaced by Federal Reserve banks, etc.

So when you deal with the US Treasury Dept., the IRS or the ATF, which are all under Secretary of the Treasury, you're dealing with AGENTS of the Federal Reserve, NOT with departments of NATIONAL government, so use of commercial tools such as UCC counter-demand is proper..

I used COUNTER-DEMAND against the IRS in 2015 after they levied my paypal account. Until that point I was arguing with Fresno IRS repeatedly, so they transferred me to the Massachusetts IRS. But when I sent Andover IRS a counter-demand, they sent me right back to Fresno IRS. And I haven't heard from either of them for 8 months, at which point they sent me another payment demand with added interest. So I sent Fresno a counter-demand too and I haven't heard from them since, and it's now fall of 2021. This was all about a 2009 tax which they assessed me because I wouldn't file 1040 with them.

Then in fall of 2018 Philadelphia IRS picked up the matter. I sent them a verification letter to which they replied that they don't know how to answer it, so they'll send it to Mass. IRS. Of course I already SHUT DOWN those dudes with counter-demand in 2015, so they never contacted me.

But a few months later, in spring 2019, the Philly IRS notified me that they don't have my income tax fillings for years 2013-2018 and if I don't send filled out 1040 forms within 2 weeks, they'll assess my taxes themselves. I again responded with a counter-demand in May 2019. And I haven't heard from them about those 2013-2018 taxes due since .

But they sent me a letter a few weeks later, regarding the 2009 assessment, saying they're transferring that to Ogden IRS. That was in summer of 2019 (2 years ago) and I haven't heard from Ogden at all. So using UCC COUNTER-DEMAND kept the IRS OFF my back so far, since when I send it to one of their agencies, they don't wanna deal with me. Although they didn't adjust the 2019 assessment to zero. So basically I fought them to a draw on that 2009 assessment, but SHUT THEM DOWN on any claims that I owe any federal income tax for 2013-2018 years.

Then, in fall of 2020 Austin branch sent me a letter saying that I need to file for years 2013-2018 or they'll assess me tax due.

I sent them a counter-demand and they replied that it might be a frivolous letter which they reported to the Ogden branch which handles those, and they'll get in touch with me within 90 days. That was the last I heard from the IRS. No contact from Ogden and no assessment from anyone. Jaro 1: IRS 0. Matrix has been HACKED.

Oh, and I'm in Cali, so Fresno IRS handles my State. But I haven't heard from them since 2015 after I sent them a counter-demand, which SHUT THEM DOWN so they can't mess with me anymore.

So occasionally another IRS branch sends me a demand to file (like the Austin one), which gets promptly SHUT DOWN by a counter-demand, after which I no longer hear from that branch. So far I've shut down Fresno, Andover, Philadelphia and Austin since 2015

Of course this shows that they operate under the RULES OF COMMERCE such as the UCC, so when you challenge their authority and they don't respond, their presentment is  INVALIDATED.

2023 Update: Nothing changed, haven't heard from the IRS since that fall of 2020 when Austin branch sent my counter-demand to Ogden IRS.

And if you don't have Bitcoin you can get it online or through Bitcoin ATM. Most BTC ATMs charge about 7-10% fee, which is not bad. Here's an ATM map, you can search by ZIP code or address:
https://coinatmradar.com/bitcoin-atm-near-me
Most ATMs require a Driver License, but some don't such as HeroCoin. Just show the ATM QR code of your bitcoin address, and then feed it some cash. The bitcoin will then show up in your account in 30-60 minutes. If you don't have bitcoin wallet, you can get an online one at blockchain.com or get Android app wallet such as Mycelium.

You can also use https://alchemypay.org/ which takes Credit Cards and GooglePay.

Or if you don't mind going through KYC, you can get Bitcoin at most cryptocurrency exchages such as http://Coinbase.com
